Pervez Khattak's son Ishaq Khattak booked in aerial-firing case

District Police Officer Nowshera has confirmed the registration of the case.
NOWSHERA (Dunya News) – A case has been registered against the newly-elected mayor of Tehsil Nowshera and Defence Minister Pervez Khattak s son Ishaq Khattak on charges of aerial-firing during Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government election, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
Ishaq Khattak and his supporters resorted to celebratory fire after winning the Tehsil Nowshera mayor elections held on December 19. A video was uploaded on social media which shows Ishaq Khattak and his supporters firing with automatic weapons to celebrate victory.
The case has been registered in Police Station Nowshera Kalan. District Police Officer Nowshera has confirmed the registration of the case, while FIR has been sealed.
